In the event of an emergency where laboratory or sampling support is needed, Babcock Laboratories is prepared to help. We understand that crises don't always happen during business hours, which is why our team is able to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should an emergency arise, our staff will coordinate with the appropriate personnel to mobilize a response and meet your sampling and service needs. We're Always Prepared
Babcock Laboratories maintains an emergency generator which, in the event of a power interruption, automatically switches on to ensure an uninterrupted power supply to our facilities housing the Microbiology Department and the Laboratory Information Management System servers. The integrity and validity of any bacteriological samples in progress is ensured, along with the ability to perform testing in a state of emergency where electrical power is disrupted. This and other measures allow us to continue services in the event of an emergency or natural disaster.
