Babcock Laboratories (Babcock Labs) is honored to announce that it has been named a Top Workplace in the Inland Empire for the fourth year in a row!
On January 31, 2021, the Press-Enterprise announced the 2020 Top Workplaces and designated Babcock Labs as a Top Workplace in the small business category. We feel this award recognizes and praises our employee-owners who have made and continue to make Babcock Labs a great place to work. 2020 heralded unprecedented challenges, and we are so proud of our team for adapting and thriving under these difficult circumstances.
The nationally recognized Top Workplace program was established in 2006 to commend organizations that “really do put its people first.” Over the last 14 years, 70,000 organizations and 23 million employees across the U.S. have participated in the program. With awards for national and regional levels, the Top Workplace program recognizes the achievements of both large and small businesses. All Top Workplaces are selected based on an anonymous employee survey designed by Energage—a leading research firm in employee engagement and healthy workplace management. The survey asks employees to rate their company on topics such as benefits, leadership, training, compensation, and workplace culture.
This year, the Inland News Group and its survey partner Energage invited 39 organizations in the Inland Empire to participate in the 7th annual regional program. More than 8,340 employees were surveyed and 25 companies—divided into small, medium, and large business categories—were honored as a Top Workplace.
This is the 5th time Babcock Labs has received this award. We consider it a privilege to be a 2020 Top Workplace, and we are grateful to our employees for their continued confidence in and dedication to our organization. Congratulations to our Babcock Labs Team, we could not be prouder of you!
