Babcock Laboratories, Inc. is proud to announce the expansion of its Board of Directors with the addition of three distinguished leaders: Bradley Neet, Karen Ellis, and Kerry Siggins. Their appointment strengthens Babcock Laboratories’ commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service to clients and employee-owners alike.
Kerry Siggins, CEO of StoneAge, Inc., is recognized for transforming traditional manufacturing businesses into technology-driven, employee-owned success stories. Her leadership in growth strategy and innovation will add new perspectives to Babcock Labs’ future vision. Karen Ellis, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Superior Farms, brings decades of experience in organizational development, corporate governance, and employee ownership. She currently serves as Board Chair of The ESOP Association, advocating nationally for employee-owned companies. Bradley Neet, a seasoned senior healthcare executive, has led large health systems through transformative growth, operational improvements, and cultural change. His expertise in governance, financial stewardship, and board development will support Babcock’s continued progress.
These new directors join current board members Tiffany Gomez, Chief Executive Officer and President of Babcock Laboratories, and Allison Mackenzie, Executive Vice President of Public Affairs and Advocacy. Together, the Board embodies the company’s values to lead with service, foster a safe environment, do the right thing, work together, find better ways, and own it.
