Babcock Laboratories Scheduled Service Downtime: June 13th – 15th

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure reliability and performance, we will be performing a scheduled DNS cutover beginning after business hours on Friday June 13th.

During this time, there may be temporary disruptions or limited access to key services, including our website, email communication, and the Concierge platform. While we expect the DNS changes to fully propagate within 24 – 72 hours, please note that these services may be unavailable for up to 72 hours as the changes take effect across networks.

We recommend planning ahead and avoiding any time-sensitive tasks that rely on these systems during this period.
