Babcock Laboratories Inc. has made some exciting changes regarding the (Babcock Labs) online experience. We have completed the first phase of this project – a replacement for our current online portal known as Client Connect. The old Client Connect website has been closed, and the webpage link will no longer work after August 31, 2022.

Babcock Labs has created the Babcock Concierge web portal to streamline processes and provide more convenient access to your analytical data. This is a multi-phase project and, when complete, we believe this program will revolutionize how you interact with Babcock Laboratories. Babcock Laboratories is Closed in Observance of Labor Day

Babcock’s Riverside Laboratories and El Centro service center will be closed on Monday, September 5th, in observance of Labor Day. All locations will reopen for regular business on Tuesday, September 6th.

To ensure continued quality service when transporting and delivering temperature sensitive samples with short holding time methods, we ask you to please keep this holiday closure in mind. Samples should be submitted to the Riverside location no later than 5:00 PM Friday, September 2nd. For the El Centro service center, all samples should be submitted by 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 31st….

Babcock Laboratories is Closed on July 4th

Babcock’s Riverside and El Centro Laboratories will be closed on Monday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day. All locations will reopen for regular business on Tuesday, July 5th.
