Allison Mackenzie Allison Mackenzie

Ms. Mackenzie has over 36 years of experience in the environmental laboratory business, including 23 years as Vice President and General Manager, and 8 years in analytical method development for both inorganic and organic determinations in drinking water and wastewater. Ms. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, Riverside. In her role as CEO, Ms. Mackenize actively works to promote and advance the health and growth of the Company and its staff. She is an advocate for high ethical standards and quality in the testing industry, and serves as a member on the Environmental Laboratory Technical Advisory Committee (ELTAC) for the California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP).

Cathy Iijima

Brad Meadows
Vice President and Laboratory Technical Director

Mr. Meadows stepped into his role as Vice President and Laboratory Technical Director of Babcock Laboratories in December of 2016. He joins the team with 25 years of experience in the environmental testing industry, including time spent in the role of Vice President and Laboratory Director for a multi-location analytical testing laboratory. He has experience in the oversight of a wide range of business disciplines, including Operations, Quality Assurance, Client Services, Information Systems, Human Resources, and Business Development. Mr. Meadows holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from California State University, Fresno.

Tiffany Gomez

Ms. Gomez joined Babcock Laboratories in May, 2014. With a Master of Science in Accountancy, she brings over ten years of experience in finance and accounting to her position as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ms. Gomez plays a vital role in the leadership of the company. She is responsible for leading the company’s corporate financial and staff organization which includes accounting, treasury, banking relationships, tax, risk management, and Human Resources. In addition, Ms. Gomez works closely with the CEO to assist in the development and execution of the company vision, corporate strategy, and business plans.
Paul Paul Monroy
Laboratory Director of Operations

Mr. Monroy has 14 years of experience in the environmental industry, including five years in managerial positions. As Laboratory Director of Operations, Mr. Monroy is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the laboratory as well as the development and implementation of protocols for all laboratory functions. He ensures that testing performed in the laboratory conforms to recognized standards of accuracy and quality assurance.  
Paul Susann Thomas
UCMR3 Project Director

Ms. Thomas has over 26 years of experience in the environmental laboratory business. As the laboratory's UCMR3 Project Director, Ms. Thomas serves as the primary point of contact for the EPA and oversees all aspects of the UCMR3 Program. Her responsibilities include EPA Small System project coordination, UCMR3 method compliance, project/sample status monitoring, and final reports/deliverables. She ensures that all UCMR3 samples are analyzed and reported according to UCMR3 and EPA Small System Contract requirements.

Mr. Marz earned his degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and has 10 years of experience in the environmental testing industry. Starting his career in Project Management, Nick is now a Business Development Associate for Babcock Laboratories. He is responsible for fostering our existing relationships with clients as well as developing new business opportunities for our team. Nick is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping our clientele meet and exceed their goals via novel solutions to their unique needs.

Taylor Cariaga

Mr. Cariaga has a degree in Chemistry from California State University, San Bernardino, and has been a part of the Babcock team since 2012. With experience as a project manager for Babcock Labs, Mr. Cariaga has an in-depth understanding of the industry and our clients' needs. His goal is to provide current and potential clients with working solutions to meet their analytical concerns. Mr. Cariaga is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while fostering effective communication between clients and our staff.

Ms. Sangari specializes in environmental laboratory services with experience in both sample analysis and project management. Ms. Sangari has been working with Babcock Laboratories, Inc. since 2011 and is currently responsible for supervising and managing all Project Managers, Project Manager Assistants, Sample Receiving, and Sample Shipping Staff.

Ms. Porter joins the Babcock project management team with over 16 years of environmental laboratory experience, 11 of which have been in a project manager role. Ms. Porter is responsible for coordinating client project needs, including sampling, and ensuring analytical requirements are met. She also performs final review of client data reports and deliverables. Like all members of the project management team, Ms. Porter prides herself on providing exceptional customer service and is available to answer client questions and concerns.

Ms. Waddell has been a part of the Babcock team for 25 years. She has 15 years of combined experience as an analyst for inorganic, IC, and microbiological samples. In addition, she has experience in sample log-in and client services and helped develop and institute the laboratory's sample control practices. As Project Manager, Ms. Waddell is responsible for coordinating and managing clients' analytical project requirements and performing a final review of client and QC data deliverables.

Ms. Guerra has her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino. Before becoming a Project Manager, Ms. Guerra served as a Project Manager Assistant at Babcock Labs. She serves as a primary point of contact for clients and coordinates their requests. Ms. Guerra focuses on providing great customer service and prides herself on her attention to detail.
